Pastors Vance's heart was touched when a pastor told him about the children in India and their desperate plight for life in 2003. he soon visited and his heart for the children continued to grow. Through prayer and fasting and a tsunami in 2004, the urgency to rescue children culminated. He gathered a team by faith to start a children's home in India. The money to start this project came after the team had bought the airplane tickets. Holy Spirit gave the team a supernatural connection and in seventeen days they started a children's home with 45 kids who the Holy Spirit brought to them.
